Pavillon Bleu - Blue Flag Beach in Normandy We are delighted that the beach near our 6-bed Normandy holiday rental has been awarded the Pavillon Bleu status.

“Pavillon Bleu” is part of the French blue flag programme, that awards beaches that meet high quality standards in water facilities, safety, environmental education and management. The beach at Brehal is one of only 7 beaches in Lower Normandy (Basse Normandie) to achieve the Pavillon Bleu standard, and only 120 local areas (communes) across France.

So, not only is this a great place to have a holiday, it’s also a safer place to bring your family.
